    If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, cancellation is free and instant.

    • Alternatively, log into your account, go to "My Orders," and if the "Cancel" button is still active, click it to stop the shipment.

    2. After It Has Shipped

    If your gadget is already on its way, we unfortunately cannot "recall" the package from the courier.

    • Don't worry: Simply wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return Policy to send it back for a full refund.

    • Pro-Tip: If you are present when the courier arrives, you can "Refuse Delivery," and the package will be sent back to us automatically at no cost to you.

    3. When Will I Get My Money Back?

    Once a cancellation is confirmed, we trigger the refund immediately. Depending on your bank, the funds will typically show up in your account within 3–5 business days.
